Shipping Heat Sensitive items |
All Items that are marked as HEAT SENSITIVE are kept cold in our store, and will be shipped with free cold pack shipping. Your items will be packed on gel ice packs and wrapped just prior to shipping. Unless you request otherwise, orders containing these items will ship Monday through Thursday to addresses within our local area, or as required for your location.
Please note that short term exposure to heat is acceptable.
We strongly recommend expedited shipping (overnight or 2rd day) during hot weather, or if you live far from our shipping location (Hamden, CT 06514)
Please specify overnight, Saturday delivery or other special shipping options at check out.
