Shipping Information

Apex Pharmacy, Homecare and Nutritional Center will ship all orders by either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail. Standard delivery time dependies on your location (all orders ship from our store in Hamden, CT). For faster delivery please select UPS guaranteed Overnight, Two Day, or Three Day service at check out.

Please note: Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day shipping does NOT include weekend days or holidays. For example items shipped 'P-1 Overnight' on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

MOST orders will ship the same day or next day, however because of ongoing supply chain problems some orders will tak 5-8 days. If your order will be delayed we will notify you by email and/or a phone call.

PLEASE NOTE: we do our best to be fully stocked. However, an item posted on our site does not necesarily mean that it is available to ship imeadiatly.

• Most of our shipments in the Northeast region are delivered in just one day.
• Your shipping charge is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and extra services, if requested.

Apex Pharmacy ships by UPS and US Post Office Priority mail or First Class mail. Please provide a street address (not a P.O. box) for shipping when you place your order.

All items that HEAT SENSITIVE are kept cold in our store, and are shipped carefully wrapped. (Keep in mind that ice packs will thaw during shipping, especially in warmer weather)
